How RHINOLOOP Works
- Submit Your Recycling Request: Visit our recycling request page and fill out a simple form. You’ll need to provide details about the RHINOSHIELD products you wish to recycle, your member account email, and your shipping address.
- Receive a Shipping Label: Within one business day, we’ll send you a shipping label via email. Simply print it out and prepare your package.
- Send Us Your Old Cases: Pack your old RHINOSHIELD phone cases securely and attach the shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated shipping point.
- Earn Rewards: After we receive and successfully verify your returned cases (this process may take up to seven business days), you’ll earn one discount code per verified product within two business days.

What Can You Recycle?
We currently accept only RHINOSHIELD-branded phone cases. Products from other brands or non-designated items are not eligible. Only recycled RHINOSHIELD phone cases qualify for coupon rewards.
Phone cases: SolidSuit, Clear, JellyTint, CircularNext, RhinoBuff, Mod NX, CrashGuard, and related accessories, such as camera rings and buttons
Once you take action to recycle your oldies, in return, you'll receive a special discount code as our way of saying thank you! Here’s everything you need to know about using your reward code:
- One-time Use: Each discount code can only be used once and is valid for orders over $29.99.
- Validity Period: The code is valid for 3 months from the official send date. For example, if the code is sent on January 1, it will remain valid until March 31 at 23:59.
- RHINOSHIELD Official Website Only: Codes can only be redeemed on the RHINOSHIELD official website.
- One Code Per Order: The code cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.
- No Reissue for Refunds: If an order using the code is returned or refunded, the code will not be reissued.
- Shipping Charges: If the total order amount after the discount does not meet the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will apply.
- Modification Rights: RHINOSHIELD reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend this program at any time.
