4. To avoid damaging the bottle, do not place it near open flames, heaters, or submerge it in hot water.
5. Wash the bottle with dishwashing detergent thoroughly each time before using, and let it dry completely before storing. Do not wash with steel wool or chemical wipes to avoid scuffing.
6. While carrying this product, please make sure to tighten and fasten the lid, and keep it in an upright position in order to avoid collisions that may cause dumping and leakage.
7. Do not overfill the bottle. Leave some space for the lid and straw (if you have one) to avoid overflowing.
8. Make sure to check the temperature of the beverages inside the bottle before drinking in case of possible scalding.
9. The magnets included in this product may interfere with medical devices. To avoid potential interactions, keep this product at a safe distance away from your medical device (more than 6 inches / 15 cm apart). If you're concerned, stop use and consult with your physician and your medical-device manufacturer.
10. Keep this product out of reach of infants and young children to avoid possible injury.

Is the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand compatible with my devices?

If you have an iPhone 12 or above, which are equipped with the MagSafe system, you can directly attach your iPhone on-and-off with the magnetic force. We suggest pairing with the RHINOSHIELD MagSafe compatible cases to enjoy the powerful strength. If you have an iPhone 11 or below (which does not come with MagSafe) - a third-party case, or use a case that is not MagSafe compatible - no need to worry, RHINOSHIELD got you covered. We developed a Magnetic Ring that makes AquaStand compatible with any device - including older iPhones, and Android phones!

Can I use my RHINOSHIELD AquaStand with third-party cases?

Our AquaStand is compatible with all RHINOSHIELD and most third-party MagSafe compatible phone cases. However, we cannot guarantee that all of the third-party cases work stable and secure enough with AquaStand as it highly depends on how strong the magnetic force for your case is.

How long will the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand Stainless Steel variant keep my drinks cold or hot?

The RHINOSHIELD AquaStand Stainless Steel variant features a vacuum double-layer construction, providing excellent insulation for both hot and cold beverages. After 8 hours, hot drinks will still maintain the warm temperature, while cold drinks will stay refreshingly cool, allowing you to enjoy your beverages at the desired temperature for an extended period of time. Additionally, this bottle prevents condensation on the exterior and eliminates the issue of the bottle becoming too hot to handle or carry.

Can I use my RHINOSHIELD AquaStand with carbonated beverages or dairy products?

Do not store carbonated drinks, acidic beverages, dry ice, milk, dairy products or baby food as the liquid may spoil and cause discomfort when consumed, potentially causing damage to the bottle and injury to yourself.

Does the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand have a temperature limitation for beverages?

The RHINOSHIELD AquaStand made with Tritan can carry liquids ranging from 23°F to 194°F (-5℃ to 90℃), and there is no temperature limitation for the stainless steel variant. Before drinking, make sure to check the temperature of the beverage inside the bottle to avoid potential scalding.

How do I clean my RHINOSHIELD AquaStand? Is it dishwasher friendly?

Wash the bottle with dishwashing detergent thoroughly each time before using, and let it dry completely before storing. Do not wash with steel wool or chemical wipes to avoid scuffing. This bottle is not microwave, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, or dish dryer friendly.

Can I use alcohol to sanitize the surface of the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand, including the lid and the bottle itself?

To sanitize the surface of the bottle and the lid, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%).

Can I use white vinegar or baking soda to remove limescale or rust stains from the interior of the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand?

To remove limescale or rust stains, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar or baking soda for the stainless steel variant/neutral dishwashing detergent for Tritan variant and dilute it with warm water. Use a soft cloth to clean it thoroughly. Rinse with water and then dry it off or let it air dry. Avoid using hard objects to scrape off limescale or rust stains as it may damage the interior of the bottle.

Is the RHINOSHIELD AquaStand BPA/F/S free?

Yes! Our AquaStand is 100% BPA/BPF/BPS free as it was developed with your health and safety in mind This product is also certified by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), LFGB (Lebensmittel-, Bedarfsgegenstände- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch), and DGCCRF (Direction générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des fraudes).
