Can I use my RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case with a full-coverage screen protector?
Can I use my RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case with a back protector or phone skin?
We do not recommend installing a back protective film or wrap on the phone itself, as the added thickness may make installing or removing the phone case more difficult if there isn’t enough clearance.
Can the RHINOSHIELD Mod NX frame or backplate be replaced individually?
The RHINOSHIELD Mod NX is a modular phone case designed with interchangeable frames and backplates. You can freely switch installation modes according to your needs, and separately purchase frames and backplates in different colors or styles for flexible customization and replacement.
- For iPhone models up to iPhone 14: The backplate and rim cannot be used simultaneously. To switch to standard mode with the backplate, please remove the rim before installing the backplate.
- For iPhone 15 and later models: The frame design is upgraded. When switching to standard mode with the backplate, the backplate can be directly aligned with the clips inside the frame and inserted to complete the installation.
- For iPhone models up to iPhone 14: The backplate and rim cannot be used simultaneously. To switch to standard mode with the backplate, please remove the rim before installing the backplate.

How does the RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case achieve its drop protection?
The RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case has passed a 3.5-meter drop test and can absorb nearly 90% of the impact force.
The frame is specially designed to reinforce the corners, which are the most common points of impact when the phone is dropped. It absorbs the majority of the impact immediately. If the backplate hits the ground first, its material properties help transfer the force to the frame for additional shock absorption, enhancing overall protection.

How do I clean my RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case? Can I use alcohol?
For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using a Mod NX case with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

The RHINOSHIELD Mod NX case is free from BPA, BPS, and BPF, which are chemicals commonly found in plastics.
