Our Clear case should be compatible with most third-party full-coverage protectors on the market. However, we cannot guarantee that all of them work well with our case as it highly depends on the design and coverage of each screen protector.
RHINOSHIELD screen protectors are designed to perfectly fit our Clear case. If you are looking for one to go with the case, make sure to check them out!

We do not recommend installing a back protective film or wrap on the phone itself, as the added thickness may make installing or removing the phone case more difficult if there isn’t enough clearance.

The product itself does not affect your phone’s NFC or wireless charging functions.
However, actual performance can vary depending on factors like the NFC reader’s location, the thickness of any attached accessories, and the power of your charger or wireless charging pad.
We recommend testing based on your own usage.

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case standard version supports charging with Apple MagSafe accessories and wireless charging pads.
Magnetic strength may vary depending on the thickness of the phone case. We recommend using RHINOSHIELD’s MagSafe-compatible series of phone cases for the best experience.

Currently, the camera button is not sold separately. To ensure the best user experience, the cutout design case and the camera button case feature different designs around the camera controls, making the two versions incompatible.

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case camera button is designed with carbon nanotube (CNT) material, offering excellent conductivity and ensuring a perfect fit between the button structure and the device's contact points. This results in precise and responsive control, providing stable performance in various environments. For optimal use, we recommend keeping your hands dry to prevent moisture from affecting functionality.

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case has passed SGS’s rigorous yellowing tests and uses a special anti-stain treatment. It not only offers excellent anti-yellowing performance, but also resists discoloration during daily use, effectively delaying yellowing and reducing the risk of dirt and stain absorption.
If the phone case shows yellowing wear, we offer a lifetime yellowing warranty replacement service. For assistance with this service, please contact our customer support team.

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using a Clear case with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case is free from BPA, BPS, and BPF, which are chemicals commonly found in plastics.

The RHINOSHIELD Clear case is made from a single material, embracing a circular design concept. After recycling, the product can be remanufactured through specialized processes, reducing its environmental impact. For more information, please refer to the RHINOLOOP Recycling Program.
