 GENERAL SHIPPING

General Information about Shipping Times and Other Information

Once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (Customised PlayProof Cases might take an extra 1-3 days to print). Exceptional events might cause your order to be delayed a few more days.

We generally process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days (contact us after 3 days if no tracking).

USA 4 to 9 business days (USPS First Class)
Canada 5 to 10 business days (USPS First Class + Canada Post)
Australia 5 to 10 business days (Australian Post / FastWay)
UK 2 to 6 business days (Royal Mail)
European countries (except UK): Shipping from France in 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination, with LaPoste. (NO DUTY/CUSTOMS FEES)
India 5 to 15 business days
Rest of Asia 3 to 10 business days
South / Central America 10 to 20 business days
Rest of the World 5 to 15 business days depending on your location

FedEx:

Orders placed with FedEx require a signature on delivery. If FedEx is not able to deliver the product due to reasons that are out of our control, they will bill us the shipping costs to return the item to us. The amount is deducted on a refund should you require one.

Canada 2 to 3 business days
Europe (including UK) 2 to 4 business days
Rest of the world 1 to 5 business days depending on your location

If your order contains at least one item that is currently unavailable (caused by, but not limited to, stock issues or pre-orders), we will wait for all the items to be available before sending your order. You can contact us to have us send your order in separate shipments; we may have you cover the additional shipping fees.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Any potential charges (customs, taxes, etc) caused by the act of refusal of package will be deducted from the refund amount

RETURN / EXCHANGE

All the information you need concerning returns and exchanges

Items purchased on our website (www.evolutivelabs.com) can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If your item was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns. Any shipping fees will not be refunded. Customization fees may be deducted from any refund on any case with a printed back to pay for the extra processing.  

In order to return the item to us, contact us at support@evolutivelabs.com with your proof of purchase from our website and 2 photos of the product you wish to return. For USA and Canada, please also confirm with us your Shipping Address.

Please note that the item must fulifill these conditions:

  • The item must be in the original packaging with its entire content in perfect condition
  • Screen Protectors must be unused. Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned.

Once we have the information and photos that show that the two conditions are met, we will let you know the next step in the return process.

Please note that :

  • We do not cover the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.

We recommend that you choose a mailing option with tracking for the return package. If the package does not reach us, we will not be able to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during the return transit. For international returns, we are not responible for paying custom fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified that the contents meets the conditions above, we will contact you and give you the option of either a refund or an exchange.

GENERAL DEFECT WARRANTY

General Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Evolutive Labs.

This Limited Warranty applies to:

  1. RhinoShield Screen Protectors
  2. RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumpers
  3. RhinoShield Lighting To USB Cables
  4. RhinoShield PlayProof Cases, and only for the above items purchased from us or from authorized resellers.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Evolutive Labs reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do?

Evolutive Labs will replace the item at no charge, with a new product of the same model.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for items purchased from Evolutive Labs is one (1) year starting from the date of arrival.

What is NOT covered by this limited warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:  

  1. Drops,
  2. Installation failures,
  3. Daily tear wear,
  4. Intentional modifications,
  5. Items not sold by us or authorised resellers,
  6. Item not manufactured by us,
  7. Misuse, mishandling of item,
  8. Theft or loss of the product.

What to do?

To obtain warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.

Evolutive Labs reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.

Important:

Promotional items (reviews, videos, etc.) are not eligible for warranty.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PROGRAM POLICY

Evolutive Labs Lifetime Replacement Program

RhinoShield has an awesome Policy allowing you to replace your damaged products in case it accidentally gets damaged while protecting your phone!

The Lifetime Replacement Program Policy applies to:

  1. RhinoShield Screen Protectors
  2. RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumpers
  3. RhinoShield PlayProof Cases, and only for the above items purchased from us or from authorized resellers.

What does the Replacement Program Policy cover?

The Replacement Program Policy covers any Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from:

  1. Drops
  2. Normal tear and wear
  3. Installation failures

During the lifetime of the product, Evolutive Labs reserves the right to replace the damaged product, under normal use and maintenance, possibly with shipping and handling charges, and/or at a discounted rate. Please note that the policy is non transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do

For issues that fall under the scope of the policy, Evolutive Labs will provide replacements for the customer at a discounted rate that may include shipping and/or handling directly from our Factory.

What we will not do

Evolutive Labs will not offer a different item, free shipping nor issue a refund for the already damaged product.

How long does the coverage last?

The lifetime of the product for items purchased from Evolutive Labs is from the day ordered to the day the item is phased out of production. A replacement item is eligible for the same lifetime and same model, while the old product will lose said coverage.

What does this program not cover?

The Replacement Program does not cover any problem that is caused by:  

  1. Intentional modification,
  2. Item not fulfilled by a legitimate sales channel,
  3. Item not manufactured by us,
  4. Unintened use of item.
  5. Theft or loss of the product

What do you have to do?

To obtain a replacement, you must first contact us with proof of purchase and 2 photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Evolutive Labs reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Evolutive Labs Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Evolutive Labs, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and its supplers (Collectively know as Evolutive Labs) be liable (whether under contract, tort(including negligence) or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages such as:

  1. loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Evolutive Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Evolutive Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages
  3. loss of any consumer devices; loss of property; or
  4. losses relating to any business of yours; loss of profit; loss of opportunity; or
  5. loss of data stored on the the device; or inability to access data

The entire liability of Evolutive Labs Inc and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.

 

Except as expressly set forth by the warranties provided here, Evolutive Labs makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition Evolutive Labs will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.

Evolutive Labs reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Evolutive Labs product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the General Defect Warranty but for the Replacement Program Policy. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied.
