SAMSUNG just revels the GALAXY S5 which is the new flagship phone.
As expected, the S5 has all the hardware upgraded with slightly bigger screen equipped with Gorilla glass. (The use of Gorilla glass means the new S5 will still be prone to shattering upon impact)The most notable is probably its fingerprint reader, and the waterproof/water resistance (up to IP67).
However, the Galaxy S5 is actually heavier and a shade thicker than the S4, which is presumably due to the need for a bigger battery. Heavier phone and bigger screen potentially means the glass have to be stronger in order to survive drops. Anyway, we can wait to carry out some drop test!
